These terms govern your use of the Temetrix Inc. (“Temetrix”, “we”, “us”) website at temetrix.com and temetrix.ca (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information only

The Site provides general information about Temetrix and our services. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Our consulting services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, governs those services.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own information. You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems that host it, or interfere with its operation;
  • copy, republish or sell the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission; or
  • present the Site’s content in a way that suggests a connection with or endorsement by Temetrix that does not exist.

Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by Temetrix or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. The Temetrix name and logo are trademarks of Temetrix Inc. Other names and marks on the Site belong to their respective owners.

You may link to the Site, provided the link is not misleading and does not use our logo without permission.

Information you send us

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form or by email before we have agreed in writing how it will be protected. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you send us.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites operated by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind about the Site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Temetrix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Copyright concerns

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please email us with a description of the work, where it appears on the Site, your contact information, and a statement that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner. We will review your concern and respond promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to the Site will be heard by the courts of Ontario, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date above. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
